China Zhejiang International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd., formerly known as China Zhejiang International Economic and Technical Cooperation Corporation, was established in December 1983, is a comprehensive company approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China to undertake foreign economic assistance projects and various technical cooperation businesses of the Chinese government, contract various foreign and domestic investment projects, and carry out foreign labor service cooperation and international trade. At the end of December 2003, the company was restructured as a whole and is now a member of Zhejiang International Trade Group.
